Open A Ticket for A CDK Issue

  1. Click the CDK Unify icon on your desktop. This shortcut will direct you to the CDK Unify webpage, where you can sign in using your CDK Simple ID credentials.
  2. Once logged in, navigate to the Applications section, where you will find multiple tiles that correspond to different applications.
  3. Click the Customer Care tile, if you need to open a ticket with CDK for an issue or search through their knowledge base
