Open A Ticket for A CDK Issue
- Click the CDK Unify icon on your desktop. This shortcut will direct you to the CDK Unify webpage, where you can sign in using your CDK Simple ID credentials.
- Once logged in, navigate to the Applications section, where you will find multiple tiles that correspond to different applications.
- Click the Customer Care tile, if you need to open a ticket with CDK for an issue or search through their knowledge base
